It’s official, it’s just a really special week on the blog! Today’s sweet new mom, Caitlin, is best friends with Megan from Wednesday’s blog. Everything is coming full circle! Caitlin and I met while we were in the bridal party, and I was thrilled when she asked me to capture her newborn session.

Madison was the best babe to photograph. First, she’s adorable! Second, she slept through nearly the entire session, which makes capturing photos a little easier. Parents are typically more at ease, and the photos tend to be even more cuter (if that’s possible).

Watching first time parents snuggling their sleeping newborn is always so incredible. I was honored to watch Caitlin and her husband as they held and loved Madison during their session. Plus, getting to hold newborns is a definite perk of my job! It’s probably how I stop from having at least one or two more babies. : )
